Rectangular pendant in platinum (hallmark: dog's head), adorned with a figure representing Pierrot the Moon and the number 13.
The entire charm is paved with rose-cut and 8x8 diamonds, calibrated blue sapphires and a ruby.

Pierrot the Moon was first performed in 16th-century Italy.
